We have taken quite a few trips to Pine to spend time at Derek's family's cabins, one of our most favorite places to go. The weather there is always so nice and the lush backdrop of green trees and grassy landscape is always a welcome change.

Other than that, we have been swimming as often as possible to get some outdoor time while beating the heat.
Bostyn had her nine month well check this week and I was so happy that she didn't have to get shots this time around-those are no fun for either of us! She weighed in at 16 1/2 lbs. (15th %), is 28 in. long (65th %), and has a 17 in. head (25th %)! She's all over the chart! She's also crawling and cruising all over the place and I love it. She is enjoying her new found freedom and I am enjoying her being a little more content and independent. Life is fun, life is good!

It must be nice to go to Pine and out of the heat! Bostyn is all over the charts! How funny! She is adorable. And, I think Sky's favorite new shirt is that green one because everybody says he looks good in that color :)
HOw nice to get out of this lovely heat!! Bostyn is so stinkin cute!! I love little babies in 2 pieces with their little tummies sticking out!!

Bostyn left her pacifier her the other day. It is sitting on my computer. Lilly grabbed it today and hugged it and said, "Mom I love My Baby Bostyn!"
